Center of Concern Management Team members participated on a Local Capacity Strengthening for Response (LCS4R) training organized by International Medical Corps (IMC) and Concern World Wide from May 23-27, 2022 in Naivasha, Kenya. The training focused on building the capacities of NNGOs on Humanitarian Response and uncovered core Humanitarian Principles, Leadership, Human Resources Management, Resource Mobilization, Logistics & Supply Management and Communication. It was a good opportunity for CoC to strengthen its capacity, share experiences with participants, partner with new funding agencies and play its role in the humanitarian response underway in the country.
