New Project in Moyale Districts
Centre of Concern in collaboration with PACT Ethiopia launched a project entitled “Cash for Community Cohesion”. The project aims to increase the household incomes of IDPs, migrants, mobile and host communities, reduce diet-related health conditions that lead to disease, increase food security and contribute to providing fair wages and improving the livelihoods of the mobile and host communities by reducing vulnerability to economic shocks. Through providing cash assistance the project further aims to increase the social cohesion. The project will be implemented in the two districts of Moyale Oromia and Moyale Somali and will directly benefit 815 selected households.
